Premier Physician Home Loan

Tier 1 — Top Tier · Up to 100% financing

Specifically designed for doctoral-level providers (MDs, DOs, DDSs, DMDs, DVMs), as well as medical residents, interns, and fellows. Premier offers up to 100% financing with a maximum loan amount of $2 million and is restricted to primary residences only.

The Premier tier is especially lenient on student loans, allowing certain deferred payments to be excluded from DTI calculations — a meaningful advantage for physicians early in their careers.

Tier 2 · Up to 97% financing · Loans to $3M

The Gold tier broadens eligibility to include a wider range of healthcare professionals — registered nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, chiropractors, and clinical nurse specialists.

Gold provides up to 97% financing, allows the purchase of both primary and second homes, and increases the maximum loan amount to $3 million — the highest limit of the three tiers.

The Silver tier is available to physicians and select advanced healthcare providers — including physician assistants, nurse practitioners, CRNAs, and optometrists.

Silver offers up to 100% financing, a maximum loan amount of $2 million, and is strictly for primary residences — designed for borrowers with strong credit who want true 100% financing.
