Jose Penaherrera

After graduating from UCF with a B.A. in Financial Economics, Jose pursued a career in the financial industry from the ground up — starting in his early days and culminating in a global position in funds transfer with one of the biggest global banks in the United States.

From there, he moved into the wealth management and brokerage industry, where he developed a reputation for excellent advisor services and high-quality customer care. Today, Jose applies that same discipline as both an Executive Loan Officer and Director of Client Services at 1st Florida Lending.

His goal is simple: build one-on-one relationships with every customer, communicate clearly at every step, and deliver the best possible service, rates, and mortgage experience.
